Meet Fawn! Look at that face!
Gotta love a hound - I know we do! Hounds can get a bad rap. They are known for being runners, as that nose can take them just about anywhere. They are known for being vocal - but not all of them are. Lastly, they are known for being diggers so sometimes the fenced yard isn’t quite enough if Fido sees a void and goes under the barrier.
They are also known for being very agreeable. They are, usually, excellent around the people they encounter, and often accept other dogs, freely. They bond with the entire household - not just a single family member - and they are a very fun and affectionate breed!
The shelter offers no life for orphaned dogs. Pets residing in a shelter are there through no fault of their own. At some point, all orphaned dogs once resided in a home with an owner. Pet ownership is a serious commitment. Handled casually, selfless pets become a casualty. Let’s change Fawn’s fate … ADOPT, DON’T SHOP!
