COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) --A 16-year-old boy who may face life in prison in the stabbing death of a jogger has a court hearing after being indicted.

Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O'Brien says Jordan Stewart was living in a group foster home when he repeatedly stabbed 55-year-old Jane Juergens in a park in Westerville in October, then tossed his knife into a wooded area.

Stewart was indicted Tuesday on one count of murder and one count of tampering with evidence. His arraignment was scheduled Wednesday in Franklin County court.

O'Brien says Stewart is expected to plead guilty within a week and, if convicted, face life in prison with parole eligibility after 18 years.
