COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) -- At least one person is dead and rescue crews are searching for a possible second victim after a boat capsized into Buckeye Lake Friday.

"We have located one body thus far. We are still looking for the other individual. We do not know whether he is still under the water or maybe left the location," said Fairfield County Sheriff Dave Phalen.

He says the boating accident happened just after noon Friday. It was too early to determine what happened, but windy conditions have the lake water very choppy.

"We do have a number of our units on the scene and are continuing to investigate," Phalen said.

A dive team from Columbus was also being brought in to help with the search.
